Returns / Refunds
We must be notified of any issues within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do honor manufacturer guarantees on individual items but need to be contacted by email or by phone to discuss before ever shipping back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Contact us to get a Return Authorization.

Gift cards and Sale Items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed less any restocking fees and shipping fees. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange the item for some reason send us an email or phone us directly.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
You must contact us first to get authorization. We use shipping methods that are tracked and highly recommend it be returned tracked to insure its safe return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
